Data Protection Notice

This Notice has been prepared by Tryosoft Yazılım Teknolojileri as data controller, within the scope of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK") and equivalent data-protection regulations.

If you fill in the contact form on https://tryosoft.com, the following data is processed:

  • Identity: full name
  • Contact: e-mail address, phone number
  • Request information: the information you share in the subject and message
  • Transaction security: if you consent to analytics cookies, anonymised usage data via GA4 and SiteCenter (see the Cookie Policy)

3. Purposes of processing

  • Receiving, evaluating and responding to your contact request
  • Providing a quote and information about the service/product you requested
  • Fulfilling legal obligations and providing evidence in possible disputes
  • If you consent, analysing and improving use of the website

4. Legal grounds

  • Contact form data: with your explicit consent; and where directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, and legitimate interest.
  • Analytics cookie data: only with your explicit consent.
  • Legal retention: legal obligations foreseen in the relevant legislation.

5. Transfers

Your data may be transferred, limited to the purposes above, to the service providers used for e-mail and form infrastructure, to Google (GA4) infrastructure if you consent, and to authorised public institutions limited to requests arising from legislation.

6. Retention period

Data relating to your contact request is retained for a reasonable period taking into account the resolution of the request and the relevant limitation periods; where a specific period is foreseen in legislation, for that period. At the end of the period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Your rights as a data subject

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is processed; request information if it has been processed; learn the purpose of processing; know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad; request correction if it is incomplete or incorrect; request deletion or destruction; request that these actions be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred; object to a result arising against you solely from automated analysis; and request compensation for damages.
